Penn Alliance Select offers a comprehensive development pathway for dedicated soccer players from Upper Dublin Soccer Club and other local clubs. The program features:

• Year-round, local academy-style training and development

  • Reduced travel time for practices and home matches

• Access to high-quality, lighted turf and grass fields, plus indoor training and futsal facilities in winter

• Classroom facilities with multimedia technology at Upper Dublin High School

• Professional leadership, including a Director of Coaching and a team of experienced coaches and trainers passionate about player growth

  • Specialized trainers in goalkeeping and conditioning

• High-level professional coaching focused on long-term player development, with licensed coaches who train and compete at top regional and national levels

• Support for high school soccer success, with a focus on helping players reach varsity teams before their senior year

  • We embrace the high school soccer experience

  • Develop players who can progress onto varsity teams before their senior year

  • Help prepare players for success and advancement with their high school teams, including outreach to high school coaches

• Guidance for college-bound athletes, including participation in top regional and Mid-Atlantic showcase tournaments, resume and recommendation assistance, and exposure to college coaches

  • Showcase tournaments expose players to college coaches

• Use of video technology for all teams and players

  • Trace ID available to support college recruitment and highlight reels

• Proven results, with over 100 college programs identifying PAS players and successful placements in NCAA and college club soccer

  • Support players with resumes, letters of recommendation, and ‘sizzle reel’ videos

  • Prepare players for NCAA and College Club experience
